How does the Our Chapters Box subscription work?

Your wedding date is where everything begins. Once we know when you’re getting married, we create your Chapters Timeline and work out which Chapters can still be part of your journey. 

Your payments are spread over the subscription, while each box is sent when that particular moment of your wedding is getting closer, so everything arrives when it actually makes sense to have it.
What is included in each Chapter?

Every Chapter is a little different because each stage of wedding planning calls for something different. You might find stationery, thoughtful gifts, decorative details, or pieces created especially for that moment. 

The style you choose ties everything together, so your Chapters feel like part of the same story from beginning to end.
Can I choose the style of my Chapters?

Of course. When you begin, you can choose one of our curated styles or take a more personal route with a bespoke design created around your wedding. Our existing styles have already been carefully developed to create a beautifully cohesive look across every Chapter. 

If you choose bespoke, we’ll work more closely with your ideas, colours, and overall aesthetic to create something that feels uniquely yours. As this involves additional design work, bespoke styling comes with an additional cost.
What are the Chapter cut-off dates?

Each Chapter needs a little time behind the scenes to be prepared properly, especially when personalisation is involved. That’s why every Chapter has a cut-off date. Your wedding date allows us to work these out for you automatically. 

If you join on the cut-off date itself, that Chapter can still be included; after that, your journey simply begins with the next one available.
Can I add extra items to my Chapters Box?

Yes! And we want you to have that option. Before your next Chapter is prepared for dispatch, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s coming. At that point, you’ll have the chance to add any available extras or additional pieces you’d like us to include. 

It’s a lovely opportunity to make each box feel even more personal to your plans.
Are the delivery dates fixed?

Think of the dates in your Chapters Timeline as a thoughtful guide rather than something set in stone. Most deliveries are planned around your wedding date, but some moments naturally depend on other plans. 

Your Bride Tribe / Groom Crew Chapter, for example, may make more sense around the date of your hen or stag celebration, while your Honeymoon Chapter should arrive with your travel plans in mind. 

If a date needs to move, we’ll adjust it with you.
What if some Chapters have already passed their cut-off when I join?

That’s absolutely fine. There’s no need to have been with us from the very beginning. Your Chapters simply start from wherever you are in your wedding journey. 

If an earlier Chapter is no longer available, we’ll begin with the first one that still is, because every couple’s story starts at a different point.
Will you need any information from me before preparing a Chapter?

Yes. Certain Chapters will need names, wording, quantities, or other little details from your wedding before we can begin. 

If we need anything from you, or if something needs your approval, we’ll get in touch in plenty of time and let you know exactly what we need. 

You won’t be left wondering what happens next.
When will I be charged for my subscription?

Your payment schedule and your delivery schedule are two separate things. The subscription allows you to spread the cost over time, while your Chapters are sent according to the timeline of your wedding rather than every month. 

You’ll be able to see the payment details clearly before you subscribe, so you know exactly what to expect from the start.
Can I cancel my subscription or change my wedding date?

Wedding plans do change, and we’ll always try to make the process as easy as possible. If your date moves, just let us know and we’ll revisit your Chapters Timeline with you. 

If you decide to cancel, future Chapters that haven’t yet reached their cut-off or gone into preparation can usually be adjusted accordingly. 

Once a Chapter is already being created or personalised, it may no longer be possible to cancel that part of the order.
How does shipping work?

Because your Chapters arrive at different points in your wedding journey, they’re sent as separate deliveries rather than all at once. 

Any applicable shipping costs and delivery information will be made clear during your order or subscription process. 

If you’re ordering internationally, we also recommend allowing a little extra time for delivery and any local customs requirements.
Can I purchase a Chapter without subscribing?

Absolutely. The subscription is for couples who love the idea of having their wedding details thoughtfully planned and coordinated across the whole journey, but it isn’t the only way to shop with us. Individual Chapter boxes and many of the pieces within them can also be purchased separately, subject to availability and production times. 

You can choose one special moment, a few Chapters, or the complete journey, whatever feels right for you.
