Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the order is confirmed and the files have been delivered.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Editable Templates

All editable templates are considered digital products and are therefore non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased.

However, your experience matters to us. If you have any questions or encounter any issues while using your templates, please reach out, and we will do our best to support you.

Design Services

Services such as template editing, design review, and customization are non-refundable once the work has started or been delivered, as they are tailored specifically to your order.

If you have any concerns before or during the process, please contact us so we can ensure everything meets your expectations.

Printed Products (Wholesale / Physical Orders)

Printed products are produced on demand through our print partner. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production error.

If you experience any issue with your printed order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and details so we can assist you.
